Lemon has got to be my favourite sponge cake. The zesty lemon paired with a sweet buttercream is the perfect combination, for my taste buds anyway. 
Two 8 inch lemon sponges, with a layer of lemon curd and lemon buttercream wedged between, then topped with lemon buttercream and decor. 
Additional fruit can be added on request.
